Re the incipient LJ strike, I will not be using the site from 5 pm Pacific Thursday to 5 pm Pacific Friday, and encourage my friends to do the same. I am rather fond of ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
leora's explanation why. My fondness for this site is its nature as a free public forum. I do not like where it's been going lately, but don't want to leave since I track so many of my friends here.
