I was in Florence once, spent a week in that city, visiting all sorts of art. The last evening I was there, I climbed the Duomo just at sunset. The clouds were magnificent--I wish I had your talent to describe them. And down below, in a thin line, the city... and that thin dark line contained all the art I had seen... and the clouds were far more beautiful.
