I know, I just put some of these up yesterday. Here's some more! October is my favorite month of the year. It just feels so good to be outside.

This morning, I went hiking in the Willow Creek park woods and then to the beach. It was windy and deserted. The AmGen professional 8-day bicycle stage race was going through, so I got to see some of the best cyclists in the world flash by my home roads. They are so beautiful and inspiring. Some of the local racers weren't half bad, either.

I went home and pedaled trainer for 4 hours afterwards. Fantastic day.
