I'm really glad to hear that your Grey is taking to you. Not entirely surprised, either; yes, the Grey came to you well socialized and undamaged, but you do have a very calm, very upbeat, and very bird-friendly personality. It really sounds like you're making the effort to help him feel comfortable in his new digs.
Take it from THIS alien dinosaur person - you and birds are a good match, and I hope that things with Mr. Greybird continue to go swimmingly. :>
