Beneath the cut you will find a pile of photos in quantity inappropriate for dialup. Beautiful, though. It was a stunning, clear morning and I went to the beach for low tide, before a day of job searching. It made for a much, much happier day.

Fen, not lookin' too bad for 13!

TONGUE!

Having a little trouble navigating that rock

Loving the grass

Pryde and Jez:

Pryde:

move that fluff!

Jez:

move puppy move!

Wildlife! The bird of the day was balck oystercatcher. There were two pairs of them that let me get very close. These are really dramatic, appealing birds, with their glossy black feathers and bright red bills.

Ravens are awesome too, of course.

Lookit the cute little baby purple striped crab!!!

Pile of Ochre stars

Herring gull, and cool background

Wild Iris

beautiful scenery

Back home, the plum trees are in bloom. I love this time, which only lasts about a week and is already almost over.

Random shot of Miss Kaya (whose feet are being held off camera here lest she startle and fly, because she's outside in this pic...though since she still hasn't outgrown her poor clip, she falls like a potato if she attempts to fly. Future clips for her will be a lot less severe, as pois are comparitavley heavy birds).

also, new clutch of dragon eggs. You know the drill now; pet their pretty little shells, make 'em hatch, give 'em some love. I appreciate it. Alas, one of my last four died on the verge of adulthood.
