FINISHED. Dude.
Aug. 21st, 2008 08:56 pmGuys, but for two small panels and, I'm sure, a couple hours' worth of touch up, 'The Seance' is finished...all 48 pages of it. I haven't been able to do that much of a sequential comic in a long time, and I am pleased with it. I'll try and start getting it scanned and posted this weekend. Are there any of you who are interested in seeing it but are not watching me on FA?
Also, I fear that they'll die since I failed to tend them, but:

So anyhow, The Seance isn't under the cut, but some more with Danielle and Shard and their universe is.
I completely love
moodyferret's skunk character Duskin. So I borrowed him for a quick one-shot with Danielle and Shard. Or will it be just a one-shot? This whole situation can't possibly mean anything good for Duskin. Lest you wonder about the IC-ness of Danielle's complicity in this little seduction (Duskin's condition here has to be Shard's doing, at least partly) this would take place several years after the stories I'm currently writing. By that time, the little foxie will be somewhat less shy. But I'm sure that their agreement is that Duskin won't be harmed at all (even Shard wouldn't want to harm such a cutie), and that she'll be properly embarassed at some point.

Sepia sketch of the ladies. There are so many problems with this and I almost didn't bother scanning it, but it's cute.

WIP I may finish...a victorian fox (?) feeding her adorable cuttlefish. Inspired by the cuttle tank I gushed about a few posts back. This is a yellow-background version; a white background follows. Making the sepia stuff ready to post is a bigger PITA than black and white comics. I looove it so, though. Mmmmm sepias are yummy and delightful. Not just because they originally came from cuttlefish, either.

And something entirely non-Danielle & Shard related. Ironically, I did this little comic before Tami tossed me in the river.

This one explains itself.
