Agreed, and agreed. The feel of this is so similar to the rest of the equal rights cases...well, because it is one of them...and I am very hopeful that this will go the way it needs to. Scared, but hopeful.
Of course, it would be nice to see an Obama-appointed Justice on the bench before it does.
