Little Green-Eyes...!

Pouncival and I had the best trip to the vet! Not leastly because it is our *last* trip (hopefully for a long time...)
When I looked at his eye this morning I was absolutely stunned by how much better it looked even than yesterday. Just a little cloud on the cornea, and you coud see his pupil!
Dr. Palmatier said, and I quote, "I'm shocked by how much better this looks." He also told me, and this is less fun, that frankly his ighest expectation was for pounce not to *lose* the eye =(, and that it would always be messed up.
Now his prognosis is full recovery, and he's on new meds to clarify the cornea. yay! I'll celebrate by putting his recently developed pics up on DA or something.
More vet fun...Tristan (my horse) had to have his teeth floated (filed), a fairly routine procedure with horses. Poor guy was very drugged while the vet did him, but it still wasn't fun; and ya think human dental instruments are scary...? These things were not happy looking tools. Ah, well, me horsey boy will have a sore mouth for awhile, but no nasty sharp points on his teeth.
