Actually, I am definitely rooting for the scorp here; I have something of a soft spot for them, especially the harmless little wood scorpions. Centipedes, however, have far too many legs, and move in a fashion that unnerves me. My girlfriend oh-so-usefully suggests that at least I'm not in a cave in Venezuela, where the centipedes are 10 inches long, venomous and feed on bats. AUGH!!!!!
