Updates, Phoenix

summer_jackelUpdate of the Jackel is that I'm feeling a bit better...the antibiotics that I obtained are definitely helping. Only, they make me feel sick to my stomach. Which I guess is an improvement. *sigh*. I'm going to try and make it through a whole day of work today. Yeah. :P
I ordered a bunch of comics from Comic Relief in Berkeley yesterday, including the new Phoenix: Endsong, which I am told is beautiful. I'm totally excited, because the whole phoenix thing is probably my favorite part of X-men in general. Even though Sage is my favorite character, not Jean.
I like phoenixes just conceptually and always have, Jean notwithstanding. There is, for instance, a small one on the wrist of Aiko the kitsune in the below pic, which is one of the slew that I turned out while on my enforced break from reality.
