This is belated, but I had an awesome time at Furcon, and loved seeing everyone there! Although I wish I'd seen [livejournal.com profile] illucian for more than like 3 minutes. We live so close to each other, we must see each other more often!

Got to play music there, too! Awesome! Photos are forthcoming, though I didn't take many.

Unfortunately, I've spent the last few days dead sick, not of con crud (which I mostly escaped) but Chris' stomach flu. Lucy was very kind and drove me to the doctor when I started coughing up blood. (No big deal, be assured, but it gave Lucy a great excuse to miss work...) The end result of that was getting drugs that rendered me utterly senseless for the rest of the day. To the point that Tiger was apparently walking all over my face (trying to wake me up out of concern?) and I didn't do much. Again, good entertainment value for the other members of my household (including the feline).

So, I'm not sure whether my current grumpy lethargy is recovery from the flu or the meds, but man, rabid wolverines are nicer to be around. grrrrr.

On a brighter note, y'all go pick up copies of Genus #79, wherein my story 'Light and Fire' has been published! (Assuming you can deal with a furry erotica comic). I am HAPPY! It looks purr.

I'll write something else when I have returned to the land of the semi-living.

Dear god, Genus is up to #79, and with their publishing schedule, too.

When did I get so OLD?

Hah. THIRTY, man. I mean, really.
Yes, I still have the copy of Genus #1 you gave me. When we were, like, 17.

Genus' publishing schedule is more regular now that Ellen/Radio Comix/Sin factory have been doing it. They're a good publishing house.

I am amused by the fact that Noah gave you your first Genus.

... But congratulations on your publication! I'll have to figure out where to order it online, since I believe I literally don't live within a 90-mile radius of any store that carries it.

And also, feel better. *hug* The flu is knocking a lot of people down this year.

Thanks! I was very, very happy about it. :D
I am also in Hit The Beach 13 and Genus:Male 5 (1 page art). But the story in #79 is the best.

GOOD to see you again! Sorry to hear you are not that well. I'm feeling a touch of it myself.

Hey there, just a quick hello. Nice to see you at FC, sorry I might've been a bit scatterbrained at FNL, but things were pretty crazy backstage. Thanks for taking part in the show, hope you're feeling better since the con. I swear someone was saving the con crud for me as I was fine for two weeks after FC until I got struck down Sunday evening.
