So, I found my very detailed, lifelike rubber heart while organizing my belongings yesterday. Needless to say, I was quite pleased to find it again. A certain level of devilry in me conspired to place it in the sink to await Lucy's return home. I had almost forgotten about it when Lucy began doing dishes last night...

Lucy: You need to move this now.

Jackel (innocent): what?

Lucy: /exquisite glare. Pause. / This.

...what is it, anyway?

Jackel: It's a rubber heart.

Lucy: OK.
.....What is it for?

Jackel: What do you mean, what is it for? It's a rubber heart!
...it's for annoying your girlfriend.

Lucy: Wow, it's really good at that.



So this is me 'n her interacting in the kitchen. Thanksgiving? Lots of fun.
