Oh, dear gods. I haven't actually laughed until I cried for some time. Via joreth:

You know, they probably weren't even thinking about furry fandom when they made this thing. Appropriate, though; as my fowl prove (Felix is probably going for a hen as I type), ducks are just perverse.

In this general vein, happy Pride weekend! I am staying home, bonding with the new puppy, in favor of going to the city for the parade, though I do want to go to Up Your Alley and the Folsom St. Fair this year---yay, leather! Snarky and smart. She's kind of an Ugly Duckling in looks and readily admits it; bad genes, constant exposure to cigarette smoke and the ravages of cancer (now in remission) have taken their tolls.

But I consider the 'snarky' and 'smart' parts vastly more important then 'pretty'. She's sexy, snuggly and a wonderful companion. That's all that matters. :>

Hehe...well, moreso because of the size difference, but less so because they are both waterfowl (as opposed to human and waterfowl), so I guess it equals out. ;)

And you should, they're great! :D I almost got the white "Paris" duck, but I wasn't sure if the feather boa was removable, and if not, it can't really be used in the bathtub. They have travel-sized ones too! XD

Given how...um...pleasant being in water can be, I've often thought that this would be an obviously needed possession. The vibration seemed a little weak for my taste when I looked at it at Good Vibes, though. Still--tempting. If I wasn't trying to save up for that e-stim kit...

The Paris one is deliciously cute. But I think bondage duckie is more appropriate in my case.

Back in the late Seventies, there was a filk of the same title down at Cal Poly Pomona. I knew the guys who filked it with the assistance of two-three pitchers of beer at the campus beer bar. Went something like this, to the tune of a period pop song called "Vincent":

After sobering up, the guy who came up with it tried to distance himself from it for the remainder of his time there.
