I just combed a live and perfetly healthy baby banana slug out of my dog's coat. No need to specify which dog.

PUPPY, do not snout or lounge upon the slugs. I believe we have had this conversation.

Ugh! Fortunately we don't have banana slugs here, all the ones here are pretty small. I have found plenty in Gleann's coat. I have also found them on my horses, usually under their manes, after they've had a snooze in the grass. bleh

Oh man, I have never had to de-slug a horse. I don't know why it's always the collie with the slugs in his coat, none of the other dogs have ever done that...
