Here are my three sheepdogs, sitting politely at the beach, waiting patiently to be released.



After they're told to 'go run,' they do!



I love it when the shelties play. Rogue is sometimes too stiff and sore to want to, but she was feeling great when these were taken. Their little housefox social interchanges are adorable.





Coba likes it when he can get all of his paws off the ground.



Collies have the most gorgeous gaits, though.

hah, I totally know what you mean. Still, there remains a certain masochistic, Sysiphean joy that comes of getting Coba all perfect, taking him out to some beautiful place for half a dozen frames and then watching him roll two hours of grooming around in the dirt/sand/salt.

They were far from groomed in these pics, though---ugh. I try to take them to the beach when they absolutely must be bathed anyway. Efficient.
