Still, Roo is more firey than Bliss or Coba, and he apparently hits her "cute young male who I can boss around" button in ways they don't; the two of them at play are adorable.

Date: 2011-07-06 03:02 am (UTC)Of course, it helps that we're working with a bunch of collies and shelties here---they thrive on training, the more detailed the better, and if they don't get it, they tend to become barky, neurotic messes. Jez, however, attests that even independent wolfdogs can become polite citizens with patient consistency coupled with an honest understanding of when and how they will break training.
Coba is currently showing in competitive obedience, Bliss will start next year, and Rooster, my sweetie's puppy, is well headed in that direction. I am extremely proud of all of them. :D
