We had to negotiate those pictures, because Niki thought that the camera looked like a GREAT chew toy. He's actually a very beaky bird, the sort of parrot who could very easily acquire a biting habit, but he's nice. His body language is clear, and he is very well adjusted as captive greys go, so I've avoided any significant biting so far. But I pay very close attention when I'm handling him.
So many snouts! I love the one of Derzhava sleeping, too. Also, she and Rooster must be long-lost brother and sister, or something. I know I've said it before, but I keep forgetting they're not the same breed!
