Took the dogs to the beach today. It was overcast and beautiful, and we all ran around and got sandy and did really interesting things like find dead mussels and roll in them and chew them. Well, actually *I* didn't do that last, but one can extrapolate.

Poor Chris pulled his back really badly and I am very sad about it. He's in a lot of pain. I really hope he heals soon; it was hard to leave him on the couch.

I've had an...amazing 8 days, really. Lots has happened. Wow.

My camera has a pretty good lag time from the moment you hit the button and the actual taking of the picture, which makes action shots very hard to get. Which is a shame, because my dogs in flight are really some of the most beautiful creatures I have ever seen. This isn't a very good photo, but I think it's cool because *all 8 paws are off the ground*.

Blind Beach, by Goat Rock. One of the few beaches in the county where you can have dogs anymore. :P It's really nice because you have to walk down a pretty steep path, keeps the crowds down. And it's gorgeous, all these neat rock formations to look at.

Yep. And that isn't even the entire pack...I didn't get any of Pryderi that came out (rather, I took all five shots that the camera's memory stick will hold of the girls before I let him off leash. More pics of my lovely silver boy later.)

My wolf/husky/malamutes are Fenris (mom, 9 years) Pryderi (6 years) and Jezibel (3 years). Rogue (sheltie, 2 years, she's the dog we got together) and Skeeter (jack russel terrier, 6 years) are Chris' dogs. So when we moved in together we de facto had...five dogs.

There was a story...bout a guy named Brady... *ahem*

the really funny thing is that Chris has these two cute little dogs and I have these three huge, intense wolfy things. Watching us walk together is amusing.

Thank you. I love the beach as well. A shame I don't see any here in Colorado, heh.

Though I cannot remember the piece's name anymore (the label fell off during my trip home), it is the one you made of Anubis' head and hands holding the feather and heart with a black background.

A wonderful piece that I was all too happy to have on my wall, now. I look forward to future conventions with your work.
