awwww, I love pine martens! I saw one in the wild once, when backpacking in the Trinity Alps of Northern CA, 2 years ago. He was beautiful, silvery gray with gold trim, and darted away immediately when he noticed me. He had a very fluffy tail.

Gus Gus the house weasel is much less elusive and is chewing on my toes. I shouldn't let him do that. I think one of the reasons I chose him from that squirmy pile 'o kits in the pet store, besides his cute personality and softer than usual bite, is his resemblance to that beautiful pine marten.

Weasels are keen. I love watching him play with the cat. It's way too cute.

life news stuff: I have a job! yay! Only part time, but I am clerking at a law office that is not only very local, but that I like a great deal. This is a Good Thing.

Creative stuff: 'Catch of the Day', 11 pages of almost plotless jackal porn (aren't you proud of me?), is now *completely inked*!! A couple of little touch ups, and I'll be ready to letter it. (shivers with dread.) In the future, I think I am going to just glue the text onto the original art, but this story I didn't set up for that, so I'm gonna do it in photoshop. Whee.

Working on a really *strange* furry commission. Hermaphrodite foxtaurs, anyone????

And...the Demona story is about a page away from being done! She finally co-operated with it after I wrote in a few scenes of her slaughtering humans. ;) Gotta keep your muse happy, right?

It isn't, actually, although the only other herm foxtaur I've ever drawn was a commission for him. This is a different person with a different 'taur---a kitsune, actually, so on top of everything else it has nine tails...
