From Spacebabie, a geeky little meme.
polyamory is, apparently, a geek thing. I mean, not that I wasn't already completely aware of that.

Art Queue---
Frisket's contest: #1 brush inked, #2...umm...let's call it an underpainting. Mixed media. Very. Must remind self to finish both pieces by the end of the month. Pic #1 is gonna be a she-dog to color. I have not decided whether to use acrylics. I'm on an acrylic kick, atta moment.
Silver_Leopardess trade: 1st pic preliminary inked, 2nd penciled.
Pelzig trade: beginning the brush inking. Thus far I am excited about the pic, the pose is nifty.
Micahfennec trade: pencilling. The composition is still fighting me. But it has 'possums! And a bound up chinchilla. woo! May need to be 2 pics. I want to see what they DO to Trevor once they are finished hissing at each other over him. (btw guys she has a pet 'possum FOR REAL, I am SO jealous!!!! cutecutecute!!!!)
Lemurkat trade: sure, send me the desc of your character/s. =)
Jaggyd trade: again, waiting for a desc.
Jace: We talked about me redoing that trade we did a while back. I have a composition in my head. Especially since I'm apparently doing a lot of bondage-y stuff again. You are now unilaterally moved onto my list. ;)

If anyone else out there is interested in doing art trades, I am definitely up for piling a few more on the queue, though it may be a few weeks before they are done. I am in the mood to work on a couple more for people I know: I am getting a tiny bit burned out on the deadlines of FAX/GAX and so am sitting out on them for a month or two. But give me trades. I want them. I am very unlikely to say no.

I had a beautiful weekend. Saw Copper Wimmin, a local a capella trio of beautiful ladies with even more beautiful voices...wow, wow, wow. And wow. To sweeten it even more, this was a benefit for my high school, Nonesuch School, and anything Nonesuch just feels like going home: Nonesuch is less a school and more an extended tribe. It's very comforting. But Copper Wimmin are astounding, they rock. So does Nonesuch. So, not so incidentally, do my trio of packmates who accompanied me, Chris, Lythir, Ramik. Nifty being out in the world with the three of them.
We tend to stay home.
I am content.
