OK, this is an extremely silly fanfic game that I've seen in a couple of places now, but actually lifted from aris_tgd. Here's the rules. You pick 12 characters, multifandom or otherwise. Then and only then, you look behind the cut and read several questions which has these people interacting, read my answers, and plug in your own. Much hilarity ensues. 's fun on a rainy morning.

Have you ever read a 6/11 fic? Would you want to?

choke…OMG. Um…yes, I would want to read that fic, if anyone was, um, strange enough to ever write it, just because there might be some entertaining bloodshed. That pairing is just *wrong*.

Do you think 4 is hot? How hot?
Elisa Maza? Oh, definitely hot. Beautiful, tough, with this slightly brittle edge to her. Love the Elisa. She’s who originally hooked me on her show.

What would happen if 12 got 8 pregnant?
(Callisto and Delirium)
blinks at the screen speechlessly for a moment um…something far more profoundly chaotic than I can possibly imagine right now, making no sense but simultaneously making some kind of galactically necessary sense on some higher plane that it is beyond mere mortals to understand.

Can you rec any fics about 9?

Macbeth? Oh my yes. Mooncat’s ‘We’ll Always Have Paris’ is just delicious. Christine Morgan also has some yummy Macbeth/Demona fics. There are several that I am probably not remembering properly. I have written a couple, too.

Would Two and Six make a good couple?
Kira and Avon. Kira and Avon!!!!!!!!!!!! Either the best or the WORST couple ever! Um…they would at least entertain us with snarkiness, and diametrically opposed ideologies.

5/9 or 5/10? Why?
Rogue/Macbeth or Rogue/Emma. Um. I would never deliberately inflict Emma on anyone (other than in my fics…sharkish grin) so I guess I’ll take the first. That would be an interesting story…lots of quiet angst.

What would happen if 7 walked in on 2 and 12 having sex?
Sage, on Kira and Callisto. Sage would be so subtle and quiet that Kira would never notice, but Callisto does because, well, she’s Callisto. Sage stays to watch because she’s interested, and because I do see her as the voyeur type. It becomes this complicated, tense interplay of power and eroticism between Callisto and Sage. Kira never notices, caught up as she is in what is happening, plus she’s all heartbroken and lost because she’s somehow become transported and time traveled to this funky alternate X-men universe. Kira is definitely the sub in this one.

Make up a summary for a 3/10 fic.
Wolverine/Emma. Heh. Ok, Emma and Wolvie end up at the same bar, this is sometime after either the most recent blowing-up of the mansion or Jean’s most recent resurrection and death in Phoenix:Endsong, so everyone is nicely traumatized and Emma is feeling all insecure about her relationship with Scott. Emma decides to bring up a pithy bit of information she’s figured out because she’s such an ethical telepath…the fact that pretty much every female X-person above the age of consent has enjoyed at least a one-night stand with Wolverine. Other than her. She’s not sure about Jean, either, and because of her insecure relationship with Scott and her own rivalry with Jean, she really wants to know. At this point, either Wolvie turns her down ostensibly because he dosen’t want to tangle with Scott’s woman again but really as a slight of Emma and what she’s attempting to accomplish with her life, or they yiff like hot buttered weasels, angrily and with both of them knowing what a horribly bad idea it is. Either way, it is a darkish fic. Emma never finds out whether or not Wolvie ever slept with Jean. Hell. I want to write it now.

Is there any such thing as 1/8 fluff?
Demona/Delirium. Oh my. I very much doubt it, but it is something I would read if it existed.

Suggest a title for a 7/12 hurt/comfort fic.
Sage/Callisto. Um. I am bad with titles, and generally only find one after I’ve written something. But I like that pairing. Hmm...The World Behind Her Eyes?

What kind of plot device would you use if you wanted 4 to deflower 1?
Elisa and Demona? Hoooooo boy. Well, first I’d attempt, unsuccessfully, to forget Mooncat’s Immortal Blood, because she did something like this quite well, believe it or not, and then I would stare blankly at my screen for a long time. Er, something involving time travel and a species change on the part of Elisa?

Does anyone on your friends list read 7 slash?
Sage? Oh yes. I mean, de facto, any of you who have read any of my Sage slash, but beyond that, at least a couple.

Does anyone on your friends list read 3 het?
Wolverine? * drool * You betcha. I don’t know exactly who, but at least Lythir would probably enjoy it, and I am very sure of a few others out there.

Does anyone on your friends list write or draw 11?
Jubilee? Hmm…I am pretty sure, yes. But I’m not placing when and where. Alexandria, I’m pretty sure you haven’t, but…Mooncat, Allaine, both of you had Jubilee stories, didn’t you? Why am I not remembering??????

Would anyone on your friends list write 2/4/5?
Kira, Elisa and Rogue? Maybe if I got them drunk enough. I even have a title for this one, though: the Transdimentional Blues…

What might 10 scream at a moment of great passion?
Emma. A wordless telepathic sending of Jean as Dark Phoenix, all firey and evil and naked save maybe for a few scraps of black leather. We could even work this into the Wolverine/Emma fic.

If you wrote a song-fic about 8, which song would you choose?
Delirium. Um. My music library fails me. But if I were up to writing any kinda story about this character, which I am not and never would anyway, a silly song Lythir knows about Senor Don Gato the cat would make a good starting point.

If you wrote a 1/6/12 fic, what would the warnings be?
Demona/Avon/Callisto (!!!!!!!!!) Rated NC-17, mostly for the steamy stuff but ‘ware ye the violence and gore, too. Extra warnings for extreme improbability and a generous helping of angst.

What might be a good pick-up line for 2 to use on 10?
Kira to use on Emma?
Kira: looks wide eyed, opens her mouth hesitantly, closes it and prepares to stomp away.
Emma: turns slowly in her chair, perfectly poised and smirking. “Why don’t you go buy me a drink, my dear, and we can discuss it. I do so love the provincial mind…”

When was the last time you read a fic about 5?
Rogue. Um…she had a cameo in this neat Polaris fic that was in my inbox this morning. Before that? Allaine's 'Amazing, Arizona' has a great Rogue. Mooncat has the beginnings of a really nice Rogue fic, too.

What is Six's super-sekrit kink?
Avon? His kinks ain’t secret. I mean, look at all the leather he wears…

Would 11 shag 9? Drunk or sober?
Jubilee/Macbeth? No, I just don’t see it. But if so, then very drunk.

If 3 and 7 get together, who tops?
Wolverine and Sage. * eyes get big* uh…uh…I think Wolverine does. Because HAWT.

Actually, I have not done a Jubilee story. She hasn't even appeared in Amazing, Arizona. (Thanks for the Rogue comment. Esp. since it's the first thing you've said about the story since Las Vegas :P)

I did this meme a while ago, but I think they changed the last question, because I don't remember answering that one. My question was, "How would you feel if Seven/Eight was canon?"

hey, on Amazing, can you email me what you have so far, or at least direct me to a URL for 'em? You posted while I was backpacking, and I found one chapter, but I hadn't read the one before it. :( And I hate reading things out of order. But I wanna reeeeead!!!

heh, if we switched the order, and had her have an unhappy affair with Wolverine and then find true love with Callisto, would you write it? That's more probable, anyhow...

hmmm...how would I feel if Sage/Delirium was canon? Highly amused, and thrilled that Neil Gaiman was writing Sage. I mean, fangirl squeeees here, serious ones.

Yeah, I'd read that last one, if only because it starts out in a relatively possible situation. ;) I get itchy when 'fics start by assuming a pairing that isn't canon or remotely so, but I can usually follow story logic...
