Weekend report

So, this saturday was the big one for Chris...the bicycle race up Mt. Tamalpias. Not only has he been training diligently for it for months, it's his 'big comeback'...given that five months ago, the doctors were saying he might be perminantly off his bike, the fact that he is racing at all is, frankly, amazing.

He came in second of a field of 100 men, with a time of 45 minutes and a few seconds. And he felt great after. I am so proud of him.

Lythir and I spectated, enjoying the gorgeous views..of San Francisco bay and the Pacific from the top of Mt. Tam, and of all the pretty people in spandex. ;) After, we walked on the beach and had lunch in Pt. Reyes station. It was a good day.
