Hah. Regularly. I doubt that anyone reading my LJ hasn't at least seen a little of it.

I try and vote in them as often as I can.

Nope. I've never been in an actual, physical fight, with animosity and intent to harm (martial arts don't count). If verbal, written, formal fights count, though, I do it professionally, and of course I have lost cases I've worked on. (though come to think of it, most of the cases that were really entirely "mine" I've won. But there haven't been too many of those yet, and they were mine because they were easy. I'm still new).

yep. I've been to France, Spain, Russia and Uzbekistan.

8. ...been to summer camp as a kid?

Indeed. Sea Camp. Loved it.

yes.

No arrests. Planning on keeping it that way. This cannot, alas, be said of all of my family members.

very rarely.

/thinks hard/...no, actually. An experience shoplifting a small green bunny when I was very tiny put me off of it. I wanted the bunny, mom said no, and I lifted the thing. I didn't get caught, but my mom looked at me REALLY funny when it ended up in my Easter basket that year. It was a great cover-up for my crime, if only the Easter Bunny was real. ;)
...oh, I've stolen rocks off the side of the road. No one was using them. Does that count?

Not emminently. Outwalking a forest fire was pretty exciting, but the fire was never close enough to really endanger my group.

I have never in my life not had a pet.

Nope. People I've lived with have in the past, though. About once every two months I feel the urge to play one. I have friends who most assuredly have video game systems, but they don't have the ones I like, I don't think. I even own "bloody roar" (fighting game with furries and pretty art) but not the system to go with it. I'm not much of a gamer at all.

three in the right ear, one in the left.

running coyote on left hip. Henna once, since this meme mentioned it; Lucy and I painted each other up, it was much fun.

Not often, but yes. I don't like getting that angry at all.

Do lies of ommission count? Mom dosen't know about the bi/poly thing, and I didn't tell her about my relationship with Chris until I'd been in it for several years.

Frequently. Far more often than on actual people. Given my experience with actual people, I think fictional characters are better for me.

You really never know what's going to happen next 'round here. It's kind of like living on a sand dune.

Hmm, wonder if I should bother cooking anything for myself? Or perhaps dinner looks like an English muffin tonight. Nah. I'm a jackal, I can scavenge something up better than that.

Also, on a competely unrelated note, almost, Chris is changing his name to Kestrel. I approve wholeheartedly, though 13 years of habit is probably gonna take me awhile to change. So when you hear me talking about Kestrel now, it's the same guy...technically anyhow ;)...I'm not dating anyone new at the moment. Congratulations, Kestrel. It's a big step.

I will probably post about my own name later, but suffice at the moment that I am more comfortable with Jackel than Summer.

Just remembered!
Kestrel caught one of our lovely, small, native tarantulas in the bathroom last night! I was SO EXCITED.

She was beautiful, small (well, for a tarantula...most people would call her a big frikkin' leggy spidah) and brown and velvety. I was thrilled...they are very shy and retiring and it is very rare to see them. I ooohed over her when I found her on the bathroom counter this morning, thoughtfully placed in a glass jar for me by my sweeties, and then Kestrel let her loose. I hope she finds a good place to hibernate for the winter and then has lots of babies.
